ACP Index (PDF)

The index page (pg 8) of ACP document can be used as a navigation tool, by clicking on the section title you wish to view.

i.e. If you click on the "1100 Authority" section the hyperlink will bring you to the Authority section within the ACP.

How to Use Bookmarks (PDF)

Similar to the index page of the ACP document, PDF bookmarks can help you navigate through the pages of the document. If the bookmarks are not viewable when the documents opens or if they are hidden, you can restore them by clicking on the page icon with a blue rectangle located on the left hand column of the window.

Once the bookmarks are visible, click the small cross next to the little bookmark icon (as seen in the above image) and the bookmark will expand to show the nested bookmarks. In order to hide the nested bookmarks, click the minus sign.

The expansion of nested bookmarks can be seen in the images above. PDF bookmarks can greatly increase the navigability of PDF documents, so please take a few minutes to try this feature.

How to Use GRP/ESI Map Index

When you first open the ESI/GRP Maps, the first page of the document will be an index map. The index is a grid that is hyperlinked to each one of the maps that it represents. By simply clicking the grid reference from the index page your view will be changed to the selected map extent.

In order to get back to the index map simply click the "Index Map" bookmark near the top of the column of bookmarks. There are bookmarks for all of the map extents, along with the sensitive area reports.

This help section provides access to fact sheets, user guides and tutorials for the applications that are utilized on this CD. If you scroll below the file information, there are three visual demonstrations of how to work with PDF documents, PDF bookmarks, and the index map on the GRP/ESI maps.
