Welcome the Jacksonville Area Contingency Plan (ACP) online version. This website contains documents, references, policies, maps, a Geographic Information System (GIS) viewer and Google Earth files for use in pollution response within the Sector Jacksonville Captain of the Port Zone Area of Responsibility. Use the navigation bar to the left to explore the contents of this site. This site is built from a two CD set of a Digital ACP designed and produced by the Florida Fish and Wildldife Conservation Commission's Fish and Wildlife Research Institute in Saint Petersburg under a grant provided by US Coast Guard District Seven. CD #1 contains the Area Contingency Plan Documents and CD #2 contains a Geographic Information System (GIS) for the Sector Area of Responsibility and free GIS viewing software that can be installed from the CD. A list of all the data layers in the GIS CD can be found here.

From the website you may view the ACP documents in two (2) different formats;

(1) A single PDF that contains all of the Annexes

(2) Each Annex individually
