Quick Maps - Google Earth Data
Over 1500 GIS data layers from the Center for Spatial Analysis have been converted to Google
Earth-compatible files for easy viewing within the free Google Earth viewer. These files
are updated on an ongoing basis. Check back often for new and updated datasets.
GIS and Mapping Data Downloads
Data and maps are available for download from this site. Data from the Marine Resources GIS database
are available in various formats and are also viewable through the linked ArcGIS.com map viewer.

Every year, FWRI compiles a collection of marine GIS data layers in shapefile format. This is
available on the Marine Resources GIS data CD. Copies of this CD can be obtained by e-mailing

Marine Resources Aerial Imagery Database

About FWRI Boating and Angling Guides
Since 1992, the Fish and Wildlife Research Institute has been producing a statewide series of
educational boater guides that target anglers and boaters to inform them about Florida's
coastal and marine ecosystems.
Access to Online Boating and Angling Guides
The online Boating and Angling Guides complement the printed versions. The digital guides
contain all information found on the printed versions, as well as detailed and interactive
maps. Users may zoom and print specific sections of the guides.
