<purpose>This dataset was created to support the What's Happening on my Lake interactive web application which provides various details about Florida lakes including fishing info, habitat and plant management, lake features, and more. </purpose>
<supplinf>Prior to July 1, 2004, the Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWRI) was known as the Florida Marine Research Institute (FMRI). The institute name has not been changed in historical data sets or references to work completed by the Florida Marine Research Institute. The institute name has been changed in references to ongoing research, new research, and contact information.</supplinf>

<procdesc>An SQL query statement was obtained from staff from the Invasive Plant Management Section and used to create a query table in ArcPro. A ‘FiscalYear’ field and ‘SpeciesType’ field were then added to the table and calculated. The Summary Statistics tool was run to dissolve the records by area of interest, fiscal year and species type, and the Grant_total and TotalAcres fields were summed. Added a new field called ‘PivotField’ and calculated by concatenating the BoundaryName field (County) and the FiscalYear field. Then created two pivot tables using the Pivot Table tool to pivot the Grand_total and TotalAcres fields. The Summary Statistics was run to once again to dissolve the records by the PivotField. Both pivot tables were then joined to the newly dissolved table using the PivotField. The Total_Resources and Total_Acres fields were then added to the table and calculated.</procdesc>
