The spreadsheet was imported into ArcPro and a feature class was created by displaying XY coordinates. The data were inspected to ensure spatial consistency and attributes were cleaned up as needed. The Project tool was then run to convert the layer into WGS1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere) projected coordinate system.
