There are two polygon coverages associated with the SEAMAP-SA data. This is due to discrepancies between the two datasets in the vicinity of Key Biscayne, FL. Instead of rectifying the two areas shared by the two datasets, both are included to represent the extent of survey work done in that area.
Data were archived by the Marine Resources Research Institute, SC DNR; Division of Coastal Management, NC National Estuarine Research Reserve; GA Southern Univ, Applied Coastal Research Lab; and FL Marine Research Institute, FWC.
